Return Policy

RETURN

We accept return within 7 working days for all orders. Return are ONLY valid for wrong item(s) sent.

Postage is to be borne by Lightworkstores in the event of wrong item(s) sent. 

All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of Lightworkstores reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

Before returning your item to us, please contact us via email to tanhweiyi@zoho.com with the following information:

  • Your Name (As per invoice)
  • Your email address 
  • Mobile Numbers
  • Bank Account Details (Return)
  • Invoice number / Order ID

REFUND

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns.

Once Lightworkstores received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will perform online banking to you. You will need to provide bank account details to us.
